Basil Garden is a classic and traditional Italian restaurant, founded in 1987 and family owned and operated ever since, Our guests come to us day after day, month after month and year after year. They come alone, they come with friends and they come with family. Sometimes they come to relax and sometimes they come to celebrate but in the end they all come for the same reason - because they know they'll be treated kindly, fed well and, above all, appreciated.
Our cooking reflects both northern and southern Italian influences while always keeping in mind the most basic tenet of the Italian kitchen - find the freshest, most pristine ingredients and the prepare them simply and in a way that compliments their character rather than masks it. From our pastas and produce, to our meats and seafood we spare no effort in finding the best that the market has to offer. We butcher our own veal, fillet our own snapper, simmer our own marinara and bake our own cheesecake.
We take as much care with our wine list as we do with our menu, looking for good wines that are great values. Whether it be those that are widely known and well thought of or those little treasures that are often overlooked and usually under appreciated. Our list includes an ample selection by the glass, by the bottle and, when available, by the half bottle. For those guest who prefer something stronger we have a full bar stocked with premium liquors, aperitifs and cordials.
